Motorola XoomSeit der Präsentation von Android 4.0 dem Ice Cream Sandwich fragen sich nicht nur alle Motorola Xoom Nutzer (hier übrigens mein Review zum Xoom beim Start noch mit Android 3.0) ob ihr Tablet auch ein Update erhalten wird.

Zumindest die Nutzer vom Motorola Xoom dürfen jetzt aufatmen. Der Foren-Manager von Motorola hat nun das Update auf ICS bestätigt:

Really not trying to say I told you so but this writers opinion coincides with mine and further confirms my fear that any real Xoom update is in far in the future and/or reserved for a new edition of the Xoom. I wouldn’t be surprised if they change the name of a new tablet from Xoom to something else to avoid the association with a product with a very bad market perception.

Aber leider wie so oft ohne Angabe von einem konkreten Datum.
